Senior Java Software Developer

Job purpose:

As a Senior Java Developer at LzLabs, you will participate to the development of an advanced set of tools used within LzLabs Software Defined Mainframe®.

You will work in a very stimulating environment with colleagues working across multiple time zones and multiple locations.

You will be involved in many stages of our development lifecycle, from design to customer support. In your role you will have a particular focus on the development of tooling to support our customers’ migration, maintenance and development of legacy applications.

Responsibilities include:

  • Participation to the architecture, design, implementation and debugging of distributed, high performance, concurrent Java code.
  • Implementation of high-quality code aligned with timing and quality expectations, using agile methodology.
  • Delivery of documented software releases.
  • Level 3 customer support for our full set of products.

  • Experience in CI/CD task management practices using Maven/Jenkins/Cloudbees.

Nice to have:

  • Good knowledge of Linux, regular expressions and mainframe technologies.
  • Experience using GWT to develop intranet web applications.
