Project Support Officer

We are a cutting-edge, software company based in Zurich, Switzerland in search of a Project Support Officer.  As we are a fast-growing company, our Programme Managers require your support in administrative tasks for the delivery of the programmes. This will require working across different parts of the business. The role will have a matrix reporting line to the Programme managers.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Create and maintain all project reports and documentation including Teams, Sharepoint and other directories as required
  • Support programme governance
  • Produce reports for stakeholders, including progress dashboards
  • Organise meeting Management (booking rooms/Teams, taking minutes, tracking actions)
  • Support team meetings including working group meetings and steering group meetings as appropriate
  • Engage with stakeholders, including senior stakeholders, across the firm
  • Complete project status reporting – producing and/ or presenting project governance PowerPoint decks with statistics & commentary as well as project update slides where relevant
  • Support programme managers in the development and maintenance of project artefacts
  • Track projects against the programme assurance framework

Technical skills and qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fluent in English; German, as an additional language is a plus. 
  • Great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management skills
    • Initial experience with Agile methodology 
  • Strong knowledge on MS Products (PP, Outlook, Excel)
